All participants registered in the Coastal 5K ages 6 & up will receive a T-shirt, goodie bag and post race refreshments. Participants 5 & under are FREE and will receive a ribbon and a snack. T-shirt is available for purchase for ages 5 & under.

Course: Come run along side the Pacific Ocean on paved walking paths and off road dirt trails! Starting line will be at the Pacifica Pier. Coastal 5K Course follows the shore line, and circles around the gorgeous Sharp Park Golf Course created by famed golf course architect Dr. Alister MacKenzie. If you have a little one as a running buddy register for our Stroller Division! Bring your four legged friend along and enter into our Pet Division!

Light traffic may be present in some areas of the course. Please watch for cars, help your fellow runners, and pay attention to course signs and race volunteers.

Event: Kid’s 100 yard Beach Dash Ages 1-8yrs. Registration Required

The Kid’s 100 yard Beach Dash is an untimed event. This is a great opportunity for any child who wants to participate but is not ready for the 5K run . Or if your child crosses the Coastal 5K finishing line and still has energy left sign them up for the 100yrd. Beach The Kid’s 100 yrd. Beach Dash takes place on the beach near the Pacifica Pier at 10:30am. There will be separate races for ages 1-2 yrs, 3-5yrs, and 6-8 yrs. All children will receive a participation ribbon and post race snack. Entry fee is $5 and registration is required. Parents are encouraged to cheer on their little athlete from the sidelines and are allowed to run with younger participants who may need a little extra encouragement.

Event: Beach Baby 5 yard Diaper Dash Ages 0-1yrs. No Registration Necessary

Children ages 0-1 years (crawlers) are welcome to enter into our Beach Baby 5 yard Diaper Dash! Entry is FREE and registration is not required. The Beach Baby 5 yard Diaper Dash will take place near the Pacifica Pier at 10:30am.

Fundraising & Donations:

Gather sponsors and help The Pacifica Resource Center raise more money! All participants who raise $100 and more will receive a thank you gift from the Pacifica Resource Center! You can create your own fundraising page when you register online! Just check the yes box when asked if you would like to fundraise. After check out you will be emailed more information on creating your own fundraising page. Fundraising forms are available at the Pacifica Resource Center as well.

If you would like to give a flat donation to the Pacifica Resource Center you can click on the Donate Now button at the top right hand corner of the Pacifica Resource Center’s home page. You can also give a flat donation when you register online for the Coastal 5K and Kid’s 100 yard Beach Dash. Just click yes under the flat donation section of the online registration form.

Parking: Street parking is available on Palmetto and at the parking lots on Beach Drive, and at the corner of Francisco and Salada Ave.
